Effective date: 26 May 2026 · By using community features, you must accept these Terms in the App. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

By downloading, accessing, or using "Bible Lumina : AI Audio Verse" (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms apply to the App and any related services, features, content, and updates.
1.1 Agreement required for community features (EULA)
Before you can post, comment, upload images, share stories, submit prayers or discussions, or otherwise use user-generated content (UGC) features, the App requires you to actively accept these Terms (for example, by checking an "I agree" box and tapping Continue).
If you do not accept, you may still use non-community features (such as Bible reading) where available, without submitting User Content. Your acceptance constitutes agreement to this End User License Agreement (EULA) for UGC, in addition to Apple's applicable App Store terms.
1.2 Zero tolerance policy
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
"Objectionable content" includes, without limitation: hate speech; harassment, bullying, or threats; sexual or pornographic material; content involving minors in a sexual context; promotion of violence, self-harm, or illegal activity; spam or scams; impersonation; and content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
"Abusive users" means users who post objectionable content, target others with harassment, evade enforcement, or otherwise violate these Terms. We may remove content, hide it from feeds, restrict accounts, or permanently ban users at our discretion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to UGC rules, we may require you to accept the updated Terms again in the App. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
2) Who we are
"Bible Lumina : AI Audio Verse" is operated by the developer at darkblueapps@gmail.com ("we", "us", "our").
3) Eligibility & age requirements
You may use the App only if you can form a legally binding agreement under applicable law.
3.1 Community and UGC: 18+ only
Community features (posts, comments, stories, prayers, discussions, profile interactions, and uploads) are intended only for users aged 18 and older. By accepting these Terms and using community features, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
The App's age rating on the App Store reflects mature community content. If you are under 18, do not create an account for community use or submit User Content.
3.2 Children under 13
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly permit children under 13 to create accounts or post User Content. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information or content, contact darkblueapps@gmail.com immediately.
4) Accounts & sign-in
You may sign in using Apple, Google, or Facebook. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and sign-in access.
- Profile information: your display name and profile image may be shown to other users in community areas (except where blocked).
- Terms acceptance: you must accept these Terms in the App before using community posting features.
- Account removal: you can request account deletion by contacting darkblueapps@gmail.com.
5) Community rules, safety & enforcement
The App includes community features where users can post, comment, react, share stories, upload images, and interact with other users. You agree to use these features lawfully and respectfully, and only after accepting these Terms in the App.
5.1 Content standards (objectionable content prohibited)
You must not submit User Content that is objectionable or otherwise violates these Terms, including:
- Hate, harassment, bullying, or threats based on religion, caste, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, or similar characteristics;
- Sexual or pornographic content, or any content involving minors in a sexual context (zero tolerance);
- Promotion of violence, self-harm, terrorism, or illegal activity;
- Spam, scams, malware, or misleading impersonation;
- Infringement of copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property;
- Sharing sensitive personal information (yours or others'), such as phone numbers, addresses, passwords, financial data, or government IDs.
5.2 Filtering of objectionable content
We use a combination of automated and human review to help filter or limit objectionable User Content before or after it appears in the App, including text and image checks, keyword and pattern filters, spam detection, and moderation queues. No filter is perfect; you may still encounter content that violates these Terms—please report it.
5.3 Reporting inappropriate activity
The App provides in-app tools to report objectionable content and abusive users, including:
- Posts — menu (⋯) → Report Post;
- Stories — story viewer menu → Report Story;
- Comments — comment menu → Report (where available);
- Users — profile or post menu → Report User or Report & Block User.
For urgent safety issues or help using these tools, open Community → Safety (shield icon) or Settings → Report inappropriate content (email and WhatsApp). You may also email darkblueapps@gmail.com with subject line "Community safety report" or "Safety Report".
5.4 Blocking abusive users
The App provides a Block User feature. When you block someone, their profile and User Content should no longer appear in your feeds and interactions, subject to technical limitations and cached content.
5.5 Removing content from your feed immediately
You can immediately remove posts from your feed using in-app controls, including:
- Delete your own posts, comments, or stories (where available);
- Hide post or equivalent controls for other users' posts and comments in your feed;
- Block a user, which removes their content from your view.
5.6 Our response to reports (24-hour commitment)
When we receive a valid in-app or email report of objectionable content or abusive behavior, we aim to review and act within twenty-four (24) hours, typically by:
- Removing or hiding the violating User Content from community feeds;
- Restricting distribution or visibility of the content;
- Ejecting (suspending or permanently banning) the user who provided the offending content, especially for serious or repeat violations.
We may act faster or slower depending on severity, volume, and legal requirements. We may preserve evidence as needed for safety, appeals, or law enforcement.
5.7 Enforcement
We actively enforce these rules. We may remove or restrict User Content, disable features, or terminate accounts without prior notice when we believe these Terms are violated or when necessary to protect users and the service.
6) Your content (UGC) license
"User Content" means content you submit to the App, such as posts, comments, captions, stories, prayers, discussions, and uploaded images.
6.1 You own your content
You retain ownership of your User Content. However, you grant us a limited license so we can operate the App.
6.2 License you grant us
You grant "Bible Lumina : AI Audio Verse" a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable (to service providers), and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting), display, distribute, and create derivative works of your User Content solely for:
- Operating and improving the App (e.g., displaying your posts to other users)
- Moderation, safety, filtering, and enforcement of these Terms
- Backup, caching, and technical processing
6.3 Your responsibilities
- You represent that you are at least 18 years old if you submit User Content in community features.
- You represent that you have all rights needed to submit the User Content.
- You agree that your User Content will not violate any laws or third-party rights and will comply with Section 5.
7) Bible AI disclaimer
Bible AI provides automated responses to user questions. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate.
You are responsible for how you interpret and use AI responses. You may report inappropriate AI responses using in-app report tools where available.
8) Subscriptions & purchases
"Bible Lumina : AI Audio Verse" offers optional premium access via Apple In-App Purchase (IAP), including: Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly, and Lifetime options.
8.1 Billing and renewal
- Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS:
Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
8.2 Lifetime
"Lifetime" is a non-consumable purchase intended to unlock premium features for the life of the App/service, subject to these Terms and platform limitations.
8.3 Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. We cannot issue refunds directly for Apple IAP purchases.
8.4 No free trial
Currently, we do not offer a free trial unless stated at the time of purchase.
9) Intellectual property
The App (including its design, code, logos, and non-user content) is owned by "Bible Lumina : AI Audio Verse" or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App except as permitted by law or by us in writing.
10) Prohibited activities
- Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code except where allowed by law.
- Interfering with security features, rate limits, or service operations.
- Automated scraping of community content or user data.
- Uploading malware or abusing the App to send harmful or objectionable content.
- Circumventing blocks, filters, or bans or creating accounts to evade enforcement.
- Using the App in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
11) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or community features if we believe you violated these Terms, posted objectionable content, acted as an abusive user, or if termination is required for safety or legal reasons.
You can stop using the App at any time. You may request account deletion by emailing darkblueapps@gmail.com.
12) Disclaimers
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that content (including community content and AI responses) will be accurate or suitable for your needs. Other users' content is their responsibility; we enforce these Terms but cannot guarantee all content will be free of objectionable material at all times.
13) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, "Bible Lumina : AI Audio Verse" will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
14) Governing law (India)
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
