7) Community content, safety & reporting
7.1 Who can use community features
Community features (posts, comments, stories, images, prayers, discussions, and related interactions) are intended for users aged 18 and older. Before posting, the App requires you to accept our Terms of Use, which state zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.
7.2 What others may see
If you post in the community, other users may see your User Content and profile information you choose to display (such as your display name and profile photo), except users you have blocked or who have blocked you, subject to technical limitations and cached content.
7.3 Reports, blocks, filtering, and moderation
To keep the community safe, we collect and use:
- Reports you submit in-app (content identifiers, selected reason, optional comment, reporter account ID, timestamp);
- Block lists (which users you blocked and when);
- Feed controls such as hide/not-interested actions that remove content from your feed;
- Filtering signals from automated tools (text/image screening, spam detection) applied to User Content;
- Moderation actions such as content removal, feed restrictions, account suspension, or permanent ban.
We use this information to filter objectionable content, respond to reports (typically within 24 hours), remove violating content, and eject users who provide offending content.
7.4 How to report inappropriate activity
Use in-app Report on posts, stories, comments, or users (via the ⋯ menu on feeds and profiles). For safety help or urgent issues, use Community → Safety (shield icon) or Settings → Report inappropriate content. You may also email darkblueapps@gmail.com with subject "Community safety report" or "Safety Report", or contact us via WhatsApp from Settings → Support where available.
8) Data retention
- Account/profile data: retained while your account is active and as needed to provide the App.
- Community content: retained until you delete it (where available), hide it from feeds, or request account deletion, subject to legal/safety needs.
- Reports & moderation records: typically retained up to 24 months to investigate abuse, prevent re-offending, and demonstrate compliance, unless a longer period is required by law.
- Block lists: retained while your account is active or until you unblock, subject to technical sync.
- Bible AI questions/history: retained to provide history, improve user experience, and support moderation (where applicable).
- Analytics and ad data: retained according to Firebase/Google Mobile Ads retention settings and policies.
Some data may remain in backups for a limited period or be retained longer if required for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or security.

If you are under 13, do not use the App to create an account or submit content. If you are 13–17, do not use community posting features.
